Entrance Examination:

Prospective students may be required to appear for an entrance examination specific to the design school. This examination may assess their artistic skills, creativity, design aptitude, and visual perception.

The design school may conduct its own entrance test or may consider scores from national or state-level design entrance exams, such as the National Institute of Design Entrance Exam (NID), Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED), etc.

Portfolio Evaluation:

Applicants may need to submit a portfolio showcasing their creative work, design projects, artwork, or any other relevant design-related materials. The portfolio will be evaluated to assess the applicant’s skills, creativity, and potential.

Personal Interview:

The interview panel may consist of faculty members, industry professionals, or experts in the field of design.

Merit List and Admission:

Based on the performance in the entrance examination, portfolio evaluation, and personal interview, a merit list will be prepared.

The design school will offer admission to candidates based on their rank in the merit list, subject to the availability of seats.

Candidates who have been offered admission must undergo document verification to confirm their eligibility.

Once the documents are verified, candidates will be required to pay the admission fees within the specified timeframe to secure their seat.
